No place to hide...

With today's comments by Senators Flake and Corker, Republicans have no choice but to take the side of the two Senators or to take the side of Donald Trump? They have been pushed into the sunlight. They have no other choice. In that respect, these two Senators have done a good deed for our country.

For to be silent, at this time, is to be complicit. Their message is loud and clear. They stand for principles and character, or else they stand for the lies, the coarseness, the bullying, the name-calling, and the over-all indecency of their President? There is no place to hide.

4. If they can't impeach him, then they should not agree with him.

They should not give him a majority just because he says he is a Republican. They should make him walk a straight line if he wants their support. They have the power but they don't yet realize it.

But it is becoming much more difficult. What we really need is a bloody fight to death between Rs in congress, those who support Dotard and those who hate his guts. This walking away from a fight does not do enough to boost the public's awareness of the divide in the GOP. The good news is that it is becoming more likely that such a fight will occur sooner rather than later. The smartest thing Dotard could do right now is keep his trap shut for the next nine months so as not to stir up more anti-Dotard sentiment. We all know that is NOT going to happen.

a shiny new object tomorrow for the media and everyone to chase. It'll be "Flake who?" and "who is Corker?" by Thanksgiving.
