This scares the living crap out of me. Flake just resigned because Trump ripping on him had caused him to tank in the polls (14 points down last I saw) to Kelli Ward.
There's a large portion of Republicans in Arizona who still won't vote for a person with a D behind their name, and Ward could quite possibly be a US senator in January of 2019.
