Scarborough: Historians will look at first lady's anti-bullying initiative as example of Trump's hypocrisyBY REBECCA SAVRANSKY - 10/24/17 10:59 AM EDT
-snip-
On MSNBC's "Morning Joe," Scarborough said the first lady's decision to target cyberbullying is an "interesting" topic to take on given her husband's actions on social media.
"That's a curious thing to be doing," Scarborough said, referencing Trump's comments called Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) "liddle" and the bringing up the president's criticisms of co-host Mika Brzezinski.
Scarborough said Melania Trump has been mostly quiet as Trump attacks people on social media. "Historians will look back at this initiative, and they will say, 'Want to see something that really encapsulated the hypocrisy of the Trump presidency, this would be a good place to start,'" Scarborough said.
"The first lady actually going out and having the audacity to talk about anti-bullying when she is living with the biggest bullier in the history of the White House."

(15,543 posts)1. The republican "family values" role model family
is a poor choice. Prepare for generations of little republicans growing up with the idea that Comrade Casino, the republican Draft-Dodger-in-Chief, and his grifting, hypocritical brood, are demonstrating THE WAY to be in the world.
If and when Jesus does RETURN, I bet you a crate of Dippin Dots that he will blow chunks when he sees what has become of The Good Word in the hands of the KGOP republicans and their submissive enablers.

(6,252 posts)2. Reminds me of a quote from Hannah and her Sisters
"But the worst are the fundamentalist preachers. Third grade con men telling the poor suckers that watch them that they speak with Jesus, and to please send in money. Money, money, money! If Jesus came back and saw what's going on in his name, he'd never stop throwing up."
