And that's precisely the problem. They thought that, by voting for Trump, they were signing up for cheaper, better healthcare for everyone, for starters. They probably also expected whole sh*tloads of jobs to be created, or come back home as well. They were either too indulgent in wishful thinking, or didn't know how to spot a pathological liar, or both. They should have done their homework as well - even the most basic fact and background checking on Trump would have revealed red flags aplenty.
