My thoughts to to the Esteemed Mr.Scalia would be...

I recall there is this thing called the 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and as long as it exists, I get to voice my opinion and you do not have the authority to tell me that I do not.

I would say theft of the election system is a high crime punishable by death. Of course you would like me to forget about it.

His catch phrase was "deal with it". It was so colossally annoying.

Those who make these kinds of statements usually mean they have a guilty conscious.

Each time someone raises this issue with him, he becomes angry. Because he knows it was not Nader, not even all the dirty tricksters who did their best to steal that election, but failed as Gore still won. No Tony, the final act in the Republicans' planned crime was taken by him and his four co-conspirators.
