1) Trump has a tough time forming a coherent sentence. Of course, we already knew that, and it doesn't seem to matter to his base.

2) The implication is made that Trump (and Republicans in Congress) aren't attempting to cut taxes for the wealthy. This point will get lost in the focus on how idiotic Trump is.
