Let's be real: Kelly's issue is that Rep Wilson is a confident (uppity) black woman. Period. He revealed that in his comments. Even if he thought he heard her say something even remotely similar to what he said he heard, what's the problem? Trump is the KING of bragging and taking credit for shit he had nothing to do with. 12. Kelly's original attack stated that Rep. Wilson "stood up there" and made those remarks

and then "sat down" a clear indication he was talking about her formal SPEECH. Now that they have been caught in a LIE, the story has changed to say that Kelly and a bunch on unnamed people overheard Wilson make the supposed offending remarks offstage.

But it's not OK to point out the obvious, that Kelly LIED, because he is a (retired) 4 star general.
