Chad most military country in region. Was running protection for Niger. They fought IS, in the region.
They pulled out of Niger. 4 days later, we all know now why tRump won’t talk about.
Kelly himself is now at fault for protecting him. TRump has a written notice for all this time and will not talk about the why.
