as Obama's name is off of it, he will be OK with it.

OK sure, maybe a few thousand die between this and that, but what matters is trump gets revenge.

The president of the United States has made it clear dead Americans is OK with him

Mitch McConnell from the Koch Brothers and Steve Bannon. They will need 67 votes in the Senate to guarantee this will be law. Ryan will hate it,but Pelosi will make his eat his words.
