Thank God white people populated America

Market doomsayer Marc "Dr. Doom" Faber has launched a racially charged diatribe in his latest newsletter, alleging that the U.S. is great primarily because it is ruled by white people.

The eccentric Gloom, Boom & Doom report author, who often speaks on CNBC and other financial media, generally forecasting some type of market downturn, focused his latest comments on the racial conflicts happening around the country.

"And thank God white people populated America, and not the blacks. Otherwise, the US would look like Zimbabwe, which it might look like one day anyway, but at least America enjoyed 200 years in the economic and political sun under a white majority," he wrote.

"I am not a racist, but the reality — no matter how politically incorrect — needs to be spelled out."

CNBC needs to keep this asshole off the air. I intend to urge them to.

Do these people ever, just once, sit down and think about the effect of their words on others? That was a rhetorical question. But really! The stupidity and mindlessness of these RWers just never ceases to amaze me. They walk around all day with a thick blanket of fog clouding their minds.

without them where would the country be?

Oh, and don't forget the Native Americans who saved the first settlers early on from starvation, who were then systematically subjected to genocide.

American should be so thankful for that .

I'm not a racist, but why can't POC behave like normal people?
I'm not a racist, but you really can't trust black people.

What constitutes racism for anyone who says these sorts of things?

and doesn't know much history.

Somebody tell this idiot Zimbabwe was a colony up until very recently.

Zimbabwe achieved majority rule and internationally recognized independence in April 1980 following a long period of colonial rule and a 15-year period of white-dominated minority rule, instituted after the minority regime’s so-called Unilateral Declaration of Independence (UDI) in 1965.

That white-dominated minority rule didn't work so well for them, did it?

Zimbabwe was a COLONY and countries don't have colonies for the benefit of the colony,
they have colonies for the benefit of the exploitative mother country.

8. Marc Faber booted from investment firm board

An investment analyst who made a name for himself as ‘Dr. Doom” for his occasionally jaundiced view of the markets has been booted from the board of a major investment company after saying it was good that blacks didn’t settle the US or the country would “look like Zimbabwe.”

According to Bloomberg, Marc Faber agreed to leave the board of money manager Sprott Inc., after the comments — made in a newsletter — came to light.

“The recent comments by Dr. Faber are deeply disappointing and are completely contradictory with the views of Sprott and its employees,” Sprott Chief Executive Officer Peter Grosskopf said in a statement announcing Faber’s departure. “We pride ourselves on being a diverse organization and comments of this sort will not be tolerated.”

Earlier in the day, CNBC, Fox Business Network, and Bloomberg TV all indicated they would no longer book Faber for their financial shows.
