I'm not quite understanding this obsession with Weinstein.

This one guy's page that I go to...hundreds and hundreds of posts within one week. The topics, in order of post frequency, seem to be:

1) Weinstein
2) NFL
3) How god installed Trump
4) Young black guys in hoodies looting somewhere

This guy takes many hours out of his day to post this stuff. He's not a bot either...I know who the guy is. Every 100 posts or so, he will post a video of a black guy doing some good deed, just to "prove" he is not a racist. If it was not so strange, I'd be fascinated.

I try to keep track of the frequency of these scandals in my head. Many times, I don't research whether the perp is liberal or conservative...but I do know whether the person was a general jerk or not. The large majority of these people end up being people I've never liked in the first place and more likely than not, probably a "conservative". And they do tend to hide their dirty laundry. They latch onto any crumbs they can from our side, and then talk about it so much that it becomes the most heinous thing ever.
