It's basically nothing more than a strawman argument which presents an imaginary opponent's position and then pretends to burn it down. Unfortunately it's not even a good strawman argument and instead simply advertises how utterly fucking stupid the person who makes the statement is, while simultaneously making them feel as if they are really smart for repeating it.
