Fire safety, car safety, airplane safety, child safety, etc. are not political...so why is this issue considered any differently?

up the 1980 fire at the MSM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. He said that after that event (over 80 people died) fire safety was addressed and changes were made as a safety issue. It is a good point!

it used to be politicians were smart enough to ignore the loud 20% to enact laws to protect society anyways. These days, the 20% own all the money and money talks and people just die in large numbers. They always have warmest condolences and prayers saved up though. We'll get more of those in the future.
