You have the expressed right to bare arms, but the second amendment says nothing about ammunition.
I thought California was trying to pass such a law?

Do you think the government can add huge taxes to ink for newspapers and it wouldn't be an impediment?

Gots to have their guns and ammo, no matter how many people get killed by gunners who were law-abiding and responsible one minute, and not the next.
You could have chips in guns that make them easy to detect too.
