This sounds like some bullshit story he made up on the fly. You can even hear him sniffing, which he does when he lies.

Other people in the room would not all act like that. They would rush to help because that is what human beings do. Trump wouldn't do it because he isn't human. He projects his pathology onto others and thinks they would behave like a bunch of assholes, like him.
