I hope they are getting help from someone besides totally relying on the US. Isn't that such a sad statement to make?

They need help and it's evident that Trump is going to do the bare minimum to show his base he's doing a great job (telling them too and of course believe him )

Since it's a US territory there has to be some consent by the US to accept other countries going there to help?

The first country I would think of to help was Canada when they saw the lack of assistance from this hunk of shit president.

I did hear Cuba was doing something but not sure how much they can help or allowed to help
