How do you cut taxes when you have a $20 trillion debt? SS and Medicare both

need more funding? The PBGC that insures pension funds has far more liabilities than assets? We will need 10s of billions to rebuild after this year's hurricane season? Not to mention all the wars we are involved in and the ones Trump will start?
