?t=98Tesla is sending its Powerwall system to Puerto Rico as the island deals with widespread power loss in the wake of Hurricane Maria.
According to Electrek, the company has been quietly shipping hundreds of battery packs to be paired with solar panels to Puerto Rico ever since the storm cleared.
Fortune reported that Tesla employees are currently on the U.S. territory installing the batteries and repairing solar systems, as well as coordinating efforts with local organizations

(3,847 posts)one. I love this guy. I'd love to see some solar panel com panel ship shipping containers directly to the mayor of San Juan so she can put them where put them where they are needed.
There are dairy farmers that need power to keep the milking machines going, that sure would go far getting some protein to help food to people. Some solar panels to get the walls going to pump clean water for people dying of dehydration. Since we can't seem to get our heads out of heads out of asses and drop ship containers where they are needed. We already have the helicopters that are able to drop those where ever they are needed WTF is wrong with the military/ Nat. Guard?

That's Trumpy. You could have asked for someone better, Fanboys, but you didn't.
