If not the party, the Clinton Foundation and the foundation that President Obama has just set up could do that.

(50,254 posts)Get tons of clips out about it on YouTube and other video services...get Dem politicians to use their personal Twitter feeds...Arrange to go on MSNBC...
At the next round of GOP "town meeting", have people use the question and answer session to promote the exchanges, while asking the 'thug du jour whether he thinks its right that the administration is trying to defy the will of Congress and destroy the ACA when there wasn't a vote to destroy it.
Have mass rallies on the days the exchanges open, telling people where they are

(3,148 posts)It's the reason why no one believes the Russians only spent a hundred thousand on ads.
Democrats using their tweeter feeds will only reach those who are already plugged into politics and follow the issues closely.
Also, rallies cost money as well. Ask California about a politician that hasn't paid them for security costs incurred last year.

(50,254 posts)One of the major problems was that, in the midterms where we were crushed, the party did essentially NO ads defending the ACA.

(34,110 posts)No specifically Democrats organizing to ensure a successful open enrollment - but at least groups dedicated to saving the ACA organizing signing parties, information, etc.
