2). Apparently he slipped in and out of a bad Alabama accent

3). Took a swipe at McCain, but somehow managed to avoid jokes about his cancer or former POW status

4). Riffed on NFL players who kneel during the National Anthem, but didn't call for locking them up, so I guess they're not as bad as Hillary
