And many business-owners especially rightwing business-owners hate that employees have any rights, if they do.

They firmly believe that since they started the business they have a right to take all the profits and pay the people as little as they can get away with.

Most of them see nothing wrong with that. They are doing you a FAVOR if they give you a raise, etc.

But unions are bad SIGH

There are some decent owners or corp execs out there, but not many.
