I don't trust Rand Paul farther than I can throw him. He's taking the position

that he's opposed to Cassidy/Graham because the bill doesn't fully repeal the ACA.

He's a liar. He's saying this so he can give cover to the rest of the Rethugs who want to vote for repeal without seeming heartless. So he'll vote against it if it doesn't matter. But if it comes down to his vote being key, then he'll vote for it.

Talks big to keep his 'libertarian' cred, but votes reliably GOP to keep his Prez options open

I think the curls are just too tight in his hair
