Equally or more troubling about the Graham-Cassidy bill is the cruel fact of obliterating the protections for pre-existing conditions. From Vox:

The new Republican plan to repeal Obamacare would bring preexisting conditions back to the individual market, allowing insurers to charge sick people higher premiums — or deny them coverage outright.

"You can be charged more for a specific condition," says Chris Sloan, a senior manager at the health research firm Avalere, of the Cassidy-Graham plan that has begun to gain traction on Capitol Hill.

3. I began calling on Sept 6th after I saw a DU post alerting me.

The Dems and media should have sounded the alert two weeks ago...I am so angry! They knew this was coming. SHIT, if someone on DU knew enough to post the evidence then they definitely knew and did nothing but allow us to be distracted by Single Payer and Melania's fashion statement while visiting FL and TX.

I have been calling since then and the phones are finally starting to be busy and the mailboxes full. I call ALL of them...in all the states with addresses from Zillow on Google and it takes literally two minutes! It works...the phone staffers think you are a constituent. Please CALL! I have been posting this on DU to the point of being extremely obnoxious and I am sorry fellow DUers but some people do not read all the posts and I am ill and stuck at home a lot when I am in pain and can't go out much anymore so I have the ability to watch the news and read the latest updates that are posted throughout the day.
