After all it is simple logistics which makes it very apparent that Cuba Especially took the full brunt of the storm..
which helped downgrade Irma just enough to down grade the strength of the Storm before it hit Florida..

Of Course it takes empathy and compassion to react in a humane way to the tragedies Cuba and the other Islands.
Obviously Trump doesn't know what Compassion, and Empathy are.,,
