Though saying the reservoir was dumped on them is a bit harsh. Would have been much worse if they did not do a controlled release before it was over topped.

There theory is that these homes were involuntarily condemned by federal action. My son's law firm is evidently looking at these lawsuits

Over the weekend, the Sam Houston tollway opened but there are still roads under water. There are still releases being made from one of the dams and some homes are still under water
