License plate I saw -- JOIN DU

saw this in northern Iowa on the interstate over Labor Day Weekend. Can only assume "DU" refers to this site. Could not tell if it was a Minnesota plate or my native Iowa. Was it anyone here? If so,

As far as Sportsmen's organizations go, they are quite huge. Prominently in sporting shotguns and waterfowl hunting equipment. In fact, when I googled "DU" just now, Ducks Unlimited is the 5th result listed and Democratic Underground is the 9th result. The first result is the University of Denver.
