now in response to NK claiming another nuclear test -- Mattis left immediately after making the statement and took no questions from the press). Yeah, just what we need...more insanity. "Total annihilation?"

We cannot just hit one facility with one cruise missile and hope they do not spray down death from the hills onto South Korea. If it's on, millions die. The General is right.
