it was taken down and it wasn't vandalized, I think the people that put it up are finding out trump is lying to them.

Maybe the Democrats could have a rally or two in West Virginia and remind the residents of Trump's broken promises. Oh, and take a little time to tell the residents about Democratic policies and programs that will actually improve their lives, not just make them feel good for an afternoon.
