Quite frankly he's just not capable of expressing the type of expected human response. We have talked about people being out of touch before but there is no one who is more out of touch with the common person in this situation than Trump. He is rich, entitled and I suspect some personality disorder.

Does he think he was there for a birthday party? What a maroon. Somebody give him a hint. They are still finding old ladies floating face down in their homes. My god. How can a 71 year old man be so out of touch? He can't even FAKE empathy. 😕
