Start burning the sage.

CORRECTION: He's been on TX soil since approximately 11:20AM CST. He leaves TX to terrorize poor Louisiana at 2:50PM CST.

The cell phone towers in my area have been turned off while they conduct search and rescue operations--I have neither text or voice service on my cell phone. They don't want to electrify the floodwaters with current while rescue operations are underway.

Mine was an older truck, so it was easy to get under the dash and change out the radio, once I got home.

My trip was in the seventies, so there was no news to miss.
