Anyone holding out hope that Trump will do the right thing is in for some disappointment. He's never not made the most repulsive choice available. Whether it be the Paris Agreement, the Travel Ban, countless environmental rules, and a host of other things, he's always come through for his deplorable base.
But at least we don't have a President who got paid to speak at a bank.

(4,407 posts)I never voted for Stein, or any independent, but I'm tired of hearing the moaning about it.
We need to try and unite the left and this ain't how it's done.

(11,256 posts)But the real world impact of this Presidency is unreal. Too many lives have been impacted, with so much more left to come.
If anyone on the left still needs convincing to unite, after all that we've seen, there's something seriously wrong with them.

(13,340 posts)I'm not willing to give Stein voters a pass until they admit their stupidity. Don't like it? That's too bad.

(9,967 posts)worked really hard, and their lives will be destroyed if they lose DACA, so SHAME, SHAME on the Stain crowd, and everyone who didn't vote for Hillary. Those "purity" voters (or non-voters) are to me, worse than the trumpsters, because they KNEW very well that their actions would destroy lives, but they didn't care because it would not affect them. Such sweet, caring souls!
SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON THEM ALL!!!
