Talk about a big red flag that says, "Hey, cops! Stop me and give me a ticket! And check my inspection sticker, license, and everything else about me and this truck!"

Public indecency. Public lewdness. Disorderly conduct. An offense against children. Public nuisance.

Let me put it this way: Do you think it's legal to put a big picture of your private parts on the side of your car?

Or: Do you think you can get a license tag that says "Fuck Yu"?

Or: Do you think you can urinate on the street?

Think about it. Little kids in cars or walking down street behind that truck. Most jurisdictions protect children and the general public from public lewdness of certain types that is considered particularly offensive (not just an offhand cuss word spoken by people passing in a car).

It's possible it's not illegal in some jurisdictions. It's possible that it's legal if it's parked on your property, although I'm so sure about that, either.

WalMart wouldn't allow that. That's private property.

One person's rights end where another's begins. You have a right to cuss a string of cuss words & yell & rant & rave...but not at a child. That's child abuse in many jurisdictions and will land you in jail.

People of Walmart. Com.

I didn't think you could wear stuff like that either, but there it is.

Mostly they're showing fat people in skimpy clothing or cracks showing. No "Fuck" signs on vehicles for children to see.

Is that Bubba's truck?

In some parts of the country, that tailgate would regularly become target practice.
