The people who voted for them. Houston always votes blue but those smaller coastal towns like Rockport vote republican. Plus they don't really care about "helping" just doing photo ops.

in Rockport, TX is good enough for their individual political futures. That is Mike Pence as POTUS and Greg Abbott appointed by then POTUS Mike Pence as Vice President. Got to sure up Texas and its electoral votes for 2020 you know....
