If he's still president on 8/31/2020 he isn't going to be re-elected with a 34% approval rating if he stays at that level of approval. He lost the pop vote by 3,000, 000 and won the archaic Electoral College by 80,000 votes. No way can he overcome a 34% approval rating.


And don't forget that 34% is with a relatively robust economy. It can only get worse.
