Tower that was chattering with AlphaBank is now circling into the spotlight.

My personal opinion is that the share was detailed info on counties where russia's weaponized data could be best used. And THIS guy was working for the Russians to make the questions go away...Rachel has been doing a great job explaining what Russian banks have been up to for the past year or so
