Breitbart pounds Ryan, Romney, Rubio for not denouncing Antifa

BY JOE CONCHA - 08/30/17 12:14 PM EDT

Breitbart News took aim at so-called establishment Republican lawmakers Wednesday by slamming House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Ohio), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla) and former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney for not denouncing left-wing "antifa" violence in a lead headline on Wednesday.

‘Unequivocal Condemnation’: Pelosi Denounces Antifa Violence… Before GOP’s Ryan, Rubio, Romney,' reads the Breitbart lead headline.

The criticism from the conservative publication comes after Democratic House Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif) said in a statement Tuesday evening that antifa protesters — short for "antifascist" — deserve “unequivocal condemnation."

Breitbart seized on the opportunity to point out that Pelosi was ahead of the Republicans in denouncing antifa, which Trump has called the "alt-left." Pelosi had called on President Trump to be censured for his "many sides" blame remarks after violence in Charlottesville, Virginia on August 12 left one woman dead when a car was rammed into a group of counter-protesters. A man with ties to white supremacist groups has been charged with murder in the case.

I dont believe a group of ANTIFA chased down one person, knocked them down and then beat on him. That is what this article says happened, there is NO proof of it, NO pictures. NO arrests.

I dont believe it.

Very little hitting, in fact it looks like they were all pulled kicks or punches.

I would want to interview all involved before believing that

a convenient idiot in that case. One thing is certain, the nazi guy was up to no goddamn good there and the media is silent about that.

Do we have any info about the people allegedly beating on him?

Either it was staged and they are all fascists, or the antifa people blew it.

They need to know that the Nazis can and will beat and kill us and we cant do anything about it, the most we can do is talk about it. AT BEST we have to wait for them to kill us then we can respond.

Right? We do understand their goal is to kill us, right?

tell, there is no central leadership to ask.
It would be a contradiction in terms to say that antifa was an "organization" that had any structure or leadership that one could point a finger at. I guess that is what is so unsettling to the establishment about this.

just wanted to scare the idiot away. He will be back. On the West Coast there is a small cadre of these
nazi types that show up to every rally to stir up shit same "Proud Boys" and the rest. It's getting boring actually.
