I hope the civil rights violations by law enforcement do not get blocked by their qualified immunity. They have to step outside of their bounds as law enforcement to become liable. They appear to have aided and abetted the white supremacists by ignoring their violence and inaction. That is a tough case.

The case against the white supremacists and their organizations is easier but they may not have anything that he could recover money from to pay for his damages.

in this. NO ONE would have been arrested had it not been for him. And his efforts continue. Yesterday he was seeking advice on what resources to use to fundraise to create a Reward for the at large perps. I really commend him.

And they both happened to go to Virginia for the same Nazi rally on the same day, and they both wound up in the same place to beat on the same black man. In 1969, the Chicago 8 (later Chicago 7) went on trial for conspiracy with less commonality than that.
