More time to think about the pardoning of Arpaio!

Last edited Sun Aug 27, 2017, 10:07 PM - Edit history (1)

When I first heard of this man, I thought he was a loose cannon and what he was doing with those camps for a jailhouse was abusive and in humane. But he was the sheriff and he was in charge. Over the years, his used his power of authority to scare the residents of Maricopa County. He did not abide the real law, but inserted his own to have his department pull those who looked suspicious over, when they did nothing to be suspicious. He was tried and convict by the courts for abusive and unlawful tactics. Before he could be sentenced, Trump uses his abusive powers and pardon the man who liked Trump.

We all know this, but the fact that Trump has intervened has proved that there are people who are above the law. I have wonder if Arpaio would have even done any jail time, given the fact of his age. Arpaio is a thug of a different kind. He broke so many laws and violated peoples' civil rights with his dictator tactics.

Here is my point of all this! The things that bind Arpaio and Trump together, is the fact they love power and will abuse it to it's fullest limits and the hell to the fact they go over the line. We need to stand up and stop these power hungry types, before we all lose our civil rights and our freedom. It has to start now and not when we think it's time, because we may never have any chances later down the line?
