who has a boat and can do a rescue?

She's finally been rescued and is headed to a safe place now.

They have lines set up just for Harvey rescue efforts.

Even if I did, I couldn't get to the freeway to take it any place useful. Where I am is on a high spot and nearly everything from here is downhill.

10. Yes and she is between two freeways

on the east side of Houston. She was just finally rescued. So happy she didn't have to wait until after dark.

It's going to be a struggle to rescue everyone. This is potentially worse than Katrina as far as flooding, it seems.
