Won't work. After immunization, they can lie or even refuse to testify, will then get pardoned. tableturner Aug 2017 #4

The only questions are 1) When? and 2) What are we going to do about it?

As soon as Trump pardons ANYONE in his inner circle, the authority of the Presidency is officially worthless and the government of the United States has been usurped and is invalid. We will need international allies and a boost from loyal military who take seriously their oath to defend the Constitution above their need to follow orders.

Do the same thing as immunity. At that point they would all have to testify under penalty of perjury. For Trump to do that would be the biggest mistake he would ever make.

Face it gang....Trump is flaunting the law and the very concept of the 'rule of law' in general. He is not going to allow the prosecution of Jarvanka or anyone else close to him and he WILL pardon himself of all crimes before he leaves office...this is not a debate, its a wake.

These guys aren't just going to get up there and spout off about all the bad shit they've seen / done because Mueller asks them nicely.

Even if they were so inclined, from their point of view, there's the very real chance Mueller can't / doesn't make a case against Trump. Then they've got a vindictive President who's pissed off and has a real vendetta against them.
