about the fools who voted for him, since he has ALWAYS been this way? Only good thing about this fiasco is the GOP owns this messed up creep. A democratic politician would never have been allowed to get this far.

Since the condition tends to become associated with criminals and flat-out evil people, whatever word is used to describe it tends to become pejorative and thus not "diagnostic." But it's really all different ways to refer to same thing. Malignant narcissism isn't quite the same, although it may be related, and in particular may be a specific subtype of sociopathy.

Unfortunately, while we know how to identify these people pretty reliably by their behaviors and how to predict how they will act once we have identified them, we don't know what makes them this way or how to treat the syndrome.

Lowest approval rating EVER, worst President EVER, highest self-delusion factor EVER, no conflicts here, move along ..... everything will work out fine ... no worries ... just go shopping like normal.
