Did you request that the President declare an emergency in Texas? Why? Because the Con hasn't signed it yet.

He's the one who caused Harvey. Only weeks after the damage is done will they turn their attention to what can be done to alleviate peoples' suffering.

Dem = disaster strikes, take action immediately

Rethug = disaster strikes, BLAME...blame some more...whine about ineffectual people...blame someone new...
