I am not a medical person. That is not a medical diagnosis. But there appears to be something seriously wrong with that boy.
Message to America, to the whole world. STOP TRYING TO FIGURE HIM OUT.
He's fucking CRAZY.

(52,243 posts)i prefer to think of him as someone who simply can't help shouting the things other republican leaders have known to only whisper.
he's pulled the mask off, he's made the ugly side of the republican party plain for all to see.
i don't want to let them dismiss him as just one isolated crazy individual and then go back to being their own horrible selves again.

America's real challenge is to stop the rise of fascism and white supremacy.

(41,986 posts)Narcissistic, petty, destructive hung on to grudges forever? Yes. A toxic personality, causing chaos and harm wherever he went? Yes.
My Dad had good traits, he could be kind--mostly if it made him look good. He worked hard, gained a measure of wealth, then proceeded to judge everyone else by how much they had. If they had more--he would find a way to disparage them. If they had significantly less- "They ain't got nothin" was his stock phrase. He made grand, generous gestures. He could be charming. He feuded frequently with, oh everyone. He was a racist, who didn't think he was racist, a sexist who didn't think he was sexist, and to my certain knowledge he stopped growing as a human being. Didn't want or expect too.
It's indescribably creepy to see a powerful human with the traits my father had. So from me, no crazy pass. My father knew what he was.

(9,291 posts)Holy shit. That is my father in law, who passed a few years back. I kept him away from the grandkids cause of his toxic crap. Called one of his grand kids fat. He was 9. Hubby and I did all the right things towards the end of his life. They just weren't allowed to visit our home, cause we can't allow that kind of thinking near our small kids.

(41,986 posts)Don't even get me started--he once bought my mom a small wardrobe in a size 8--because that's the size he wanted her to be. I think she was between a 10 and 12 at the time. I got many stories.

(6,904 posts)but because of what he is. We chose crazy over sane for President. That is frightening.

(51,607 posts)His supporters knew he was crazy and voted for crazy (to shake things up in DC). They are very, very pleased right now. They are crazy too, as well as mean, racist, bigoted thugs/bullies. They elected one of their own.

(15,220 posts)"We" didn't choose crazy. "Some" may have chosen crazy, but the majority of "us" chose Hillary.
And as to him being "elected", in my opinion, the verdict is still out on that fact, too.

(6,904 posts)and Trump is officially President. That's the reality that we have to face.

(47,482 posts)Also there is no "agenda", so republicans have to quit saying he needs to focus on the Trump agenda. He doesn't and never did have one, because he doesn't really believe in anything other than his own selfish needs.

(8,652 posts)..........but I really think he has a mental disorder.
I usually am sleeping by 9:00 PM (ET) on weekday nights. However, I stayed up to catch the Phoenix speech.
Trump may have any one of many disorders, including early onset dementia, he certainly has ADD, paranoia, narcissism and probably other psychological problems.
I'm getting to feel sorry for him, just as I would for a crazy relative who I wouldn't let drive my kids anywhere.
