Trump Reportedly In Preliminary Talks About Resignation

Taken with a grain of salt, but here it is:

http://politicaldig.com/trump-reportedly-in-preliminary-talks-about-resignation/

After months of endless controversies and crises, sinking approval ratings, and virtually everything going wrong for Donald Trump, an increasing number of Republicans, including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, are distancing themselves from the erratic president. Now comes an inside report that Donald Trump is in preliminary talks about resigning his office.

The stunning revelation came from political insider Jon Cooper, the well connected Chairman of the Democratic Coalition Against Trump.

“Source who’s been accurate in past tells me there have been some preliminary talks in WH re POTUS resigning. Mostly hypothetical what-ifs,” Cooper wrote on Twitter.

that is why Pence cut his trip short. Pence needed to be there to give assurances that if Trump resigned - Pence would pardon him as he became president.

Mueller needs to speed up his investigation - because i also believe that Pence is up to his eyeballs and ears in this Russian thingy. Mueller needs to take both Trump and Pence out at the same time.

Agree with your comment. He hates doing "good" things for our country like Pres. Obama tried to and DID do. tRumputin doesn't CARE about this country or about it's problems, and he sure isn't a patriot (collusion WITH .......).

He's totally miserable being president unless he can grift & destroy this nations underpinnings via racism. He's out to do hideous things TO our country/world.

He said Hillary was low-energy, but ALL of the goings on are wearing him out physically (Those rumors of him binge-eating must be true--he's gotten bigger each month of his illegitimate presidency), and with him being a racist POS and a sexual predator, mentally--where he already has a deficit--it's getting worse. I've friends who said he's just a narcissistic and a pathological liar. I call BS on that. There's something more wrong with him mentally than just him being a narcissist and a pathological liar. I'd bet he hasn't known the difference between a lie and the truth for a long while now. That's frightening, especially since he has control of the nuclear codes

He owes a lot to putin for helping him into the presidency. He owes a lot to ruSSian oligarchs and various mobsters and he was drooling over the thought of how much he/family/friends could grift for themselves (He wants to become a real billionaire). However, he ran into a stumbling block with those sanctions that were slapped on ruSSIa, because if he'd have tried to veto it would have been passed into law due to a RARE act of bipartisanship between the House/Senate. putin's allegedly extremely angry about it Plus our Treasury Department said it will not grant Exxon Mobil a waiver to drill in areas of Russia currently under sanctions (who knows if that will stick, but for now ). Wonder what putin will do when he doesn't NEED his useful, treasonous idiot any longer. putin etc. can now launder money through (bitcoin) which is why ruSSia legalized cryptocurrencies. What ruSSia can do is interfere in our next round of elections unfortunately to KEEP us all fighting over here and continue destroying our democracy.

I look for to him privatize the war over in Afghanistan. He wants to make big monies, although it won't be off of the their large amount of mineral deposits because China bought the rights to those years ago. But via mercenaries and private contractors etc. he/his buddies (Bannon included) will make BILLIONS--that's if he goes the Erik Prince route, and as we recall, that route means more deaths (Civilians/military). But, I can definitely see that coming. An open-ended war in Afghanistan that we cannot win, and even with that, all tRumputin/buddies will hear is an imaginary cash-register going "cha ching" in their a moral, disgusting, filthy heads. It's all about MONEY for them.

..in fact, I would be surprised if they don't game this on a regular basis in light of the latest headlines.

Many often miss, this isn't just about the Presidency, but his business empire...and I think the latter is more valuable to him. Being President is costing him, I wouldn't be surprised if a situation arose where he could vacate on good terms and save the company's name, he'd bail. Problem is, I don't think that option is there.

His base is the reason why. The Deplorables are dangerous people. They're armed to the teeth, they're pissed all the time, and they want everything they sent Trump to Washington to do - abolish Obamacare, abolish abortion, slash taxes, increase defense spending, get us into two or three more wars, run off all the illegal immigrants and build a wall so yooge they'll never come back. So far he's batting .000 - the only thing he's managed to do is to install Mr. Freeze into Merrick Garland's Supreme Court seat.

If Trump resigns now after having accomplished none of their wish list, they'll try to kill the bastard. And they'll probably succeed because the Secret Service might enter the firefight on the Deplorables' side, after all the shit Trump has pulled on them.

In every action he's taken, he's proven he doesn't want this job. It's like he's going around begging people to take him out. They have him on fraud in his sono hotel, and he can't risk everything that would be exposed in that trial, alone.

This is a man who has everything to hide from, and he's finding out the hard way that as president, he can't hide anything.

2. Resigning would mean losing. It would mean being laughed at. Trump would only resign if he could be convinced that it would somehow turn him into a respected, beloved martyr or something like that.

Face facts: he was never meant to be there anyway.

This was a year-long commercial for his brand that went too drastically and disastrously far.

CEOs running a government like a business is just about the WORST idea ever conceived by those who fantasize about legally killing someone and/or kicking a poor person.

Of course, should this be true, we have to deal with a Christo-Fascist in Mike Pence, who'll pass his Draconian anti-woman, anti-human rights agenda with a smile and no threats of nuclear war.

And it's just a shit-trough on down the line . . . one SO phenomenally bad that Orrin Hatch looks to be the least sucking of the bunch.

Way to go, Dumberica. Get smarter.
