If DT blackmails the government with a shutdown threat (in an attempt to get his wall)

will THAT be considered grounds for impeachment?

I know that, technically, anything could be. But would the GOP regard it as grounds for impeachment? Or do they just not care at all what he does?

and the GOPers in the Senate will back McConnell against Trump. Congress will block him. On LO'D's show the guests seem to think it's another empty promise like Mexico paying for the wall.
