Bannon ran his campaign. Trump thanked him for joining the campaign? Not for helping him win? Not for being key? This thanks is dripping with jealousy and spite. Trump hates it that Bannon was given so much credit.

This is way off from a sincere thanks. Bannon and Trump are a lot alike, they both want all the credit. This is war! Bannon will take Trump down now as a way to further his own agenda and stoke his own ego.
