Our area is in full on eclipse-mania right now. People are pouring into town and folks are frantically searching for eclipse glasses that have been sold out in most stores for days. So glad that I took off work Monday, local schools are out for the eclipse and it's my son's birthday, and that we don't have to travel anywhere, step out to the back patio for one of the best views in the US!

Please be very careful. Some fake glasses are circulating that are stamped with the ISO certification but are not. Do some googling to see how to try to test the glasses beforehand. One thing is that they should be in good condition and be very very dark.

...and they're being distributed by a business in Portland OR that would suffer massive damage to their reputation if they weren't reliable products.
