So Romney made over $100,000 in 2001 & 2002 for doing absolutely nothing at Bain?

See:

Rachel Maddow says it very well in this video.
Explains why Mitt Romney's political career depends on him leaving Bain in 1999.
His campaign moto has repeatedly been that he will create more jobs. Yet there were massive job losses, layoffs, bankrupcies, and outsourcing of jobs after 1999.
She also talks about how Romney actually used the reverse argument, that he indeed was a resident of Massachusetts during this same time in order to be allowed to run for Governor of Massachusetts. He insisted that he needed to make return visits to Massachusetts repeatedly for "business trips".
Hmm . . . What business?

Rachel was bugging me last night by saying $100,000 when it said "at least" $100,000. Since she's smarter than me, I assume the actual figure is irrelevant to her argument.

The form clearly states OVER $100,000. The media keeps saying 100k, including Rachel, and it sticks in our head. I made the same mistake yesterday even after seeing the form that clearly stated over 100k.

And of course, if you're being paid a million dollars by a company of which you are President and CEO, you're never going to call them, visit them, or try to have any input in making sure the money keeps flowing.

in the multiple millions per year. It is the form that doesn't require specificity beyond the $100,000 and greater and, no doubt, Romney and others like him just love that lack of specificity.
