Should US Olympic athletes march in their podium suits?

Instead of the Made in China FUG outfits during the Opening Ceremonies?

There is time to get new outfits made in the US (I asked a friend in the industry, and they said the uniforms could be made within a week, from fabric to finish), but you know that isn't happening, so should the athletes wear their odium wear instead? I think they should, and if the supermajority did it en masse, no way would they not be allowed to walk, especially if some big names started it.

I would have done this as a poll, but my bank account doesn't allow me to be a star member at this time.

And the insult to American workers by Ralph Lauren's outfits. What do you think bout that?

I would be down with that, but this country is such a (collectively) colossal Prude that the entire nation would have an aneurysm. Remember the Halftime Nipple Incident? just multiply that pout-rage by as much as you can imagine, and then factor it by a worldwide stage. Not to mention the fact that China would bitch and cry and use the opportunity to say things like "America just doesn't like OUR stuff, and then only when it suits them (or not, as the case may be).

But yeah, that would be one HELL of a statement, on SO many good levels, that I would approve of such action.
