That is when he gets animated. When he is being bad, he gets involved emotionally. With his redo speech, he was restrained, like reading an apology the teacher made him speak because he was a bad boy. He is not involved with it emotionally.

There is no sincerity. Just like his "great" speech in Poland. Someone else wrote the speech. He read the speech off a teleprompter. His supporters raved about what a "great" speech it was.

That is why his speech about Charlottesville and the hate-groups was a nothing burger.
